Who we are
The objective is to partner with the owner to ensure continuity, while supporting the long-term development of the business through a hands-on approach.
Tosium is backed by a group of investors and entrepreneurs who share the goal of building value over time while preserving the company’s identity.
He worked at Argos Wityu, a private equity firm focused on European SMEs, where he was involved in control acquisitions and buy & build transactions.
Previously, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, working on strategy and industrial operations projects.
He grew up in a family-owned business and has first-hand experience of running and growing an SME.
He graduated from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa.
